Shipping is free for every order. Your order will be processed within 1–2 business days and then dispatched. You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a refund. After this 30-day period, we’re unfortunately unable to issue refunds. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error are not eligible for a refund.
