Shipping is free for every order. Your order will be processed within 1–2 business days and then dispatched. The total delivery time from the moment you place your order to the moment you receive it is typically 6–12 business days. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking code, and you can follow your delivery on our website.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a refund. After this 30-day period, we’re unfortunately unable to issue refunds. Any refund will be credited to the same payment method used at checkout. To start a return, please contact us at support@ommano.com. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error are not eligible for a refund.
